Church Lane nears completion

Work is nearing completion now on site at Church Lane, Chessington for our developers Anwick Homes. This is a new development of just two, highly energy efficient, 3 bedroom detached family homes built to Sustainable Homes code level 4 and featuring electricity Photovoltaic cells enabling 10% renewable energy generation. Church Lane is ideally situated for transport links being just 1 mile from the A3 junction at Hook and 4 miles approx. from Junction 9 of the M25 motorway. Chessington North railway station, provides a twice hourly 30 minute service to London Waterloo. Close by, on the Chessington Road, is the 71 bus route to Kingston-on-Thames.
